Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for The Opal and Clinton Barrett Foundation for Rising Communities Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Academic Standing
Applicants must be graduating seniors in good standing of Oxford High School in Oxford, Michigan.
Community Involvement
Applicants will be asked to describe their contributions to the greater community through extracurriculars, employment, civic engagement, or other similar activities.
Application Materials
Complete applications must include all of the following components:
